Our water heater prices start at $820 for all 40 and 50 gallon tall electric applications. This price incudes the water heater unit, all material and labor. We are a Rinnai certified company. That means we have attended and successfully completed their service technician course, and as such, is recognized by Rinnai, as a company that they can rely upon for effective troubleshooting and service. http://www.rinnai.us/tankless-water-heaters/ Our installations however, are not limited to Rinnai, we also install Noritz or any other tankless water heater of your choice. Due to code requirements, it is absolutely necessary for us to view your home before a solid price can be quoted. However, our tankless prices start @ $2,450.

The price for this service depends on the number of walkways, driveways, walls, etc., that the main line has to go under. The length of the run from the meter or well to the main line in the crawl or basement also affects the price. Call us for a free estmate.
